Labranda Corralejo Village

We always book 4 star and above with Jet 2. I cannot understand how this hotel can have been included within this star rating. This was dirty, food was atrocious, no dietary Intolerance labelling. What was offered for gluten free was out of date. The lactose free milk was off. Food was cold. Bar snacks were very poor. Poolside- very few parasols. Broken, dirty, sp**** pool tables. Broken poolside drain cover. Green round the edge of the pool. Bird poo left around the edges of the pool. Extremely noisy entertainment team. Loud music played 4 hrs a day. Guests allowed to be drunk but still served and swearing in a very loud voice. Entertainment shocking! Rooms dirty and in need of repair

A very welcoming hotel which was spotlessly clean and ideally situated for the beach, sea and all the amenities. Food was varied and flavoursome.The bar service was very efficient and the entertainment was pretty good too. The Bar service from the the staff was always quick and efficient with decent quality drinks.

Lovely hotel food is very good plenty of choice .the pool is lovely and clean the rooms are cleaned daily .would definitely go back again .... location is spot on .

Spent one week at the Labrada Village. We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were comfortable, bright and clean. Food was good and always had a variety of options. Staff were engaging and approachable. Pool area was relaxing, friendly and well maintained. It's situated very close to beach, main street and shops. I would definitely go back to the Labrada Village, all our party of 7 enjoyed their stay. Staff helped us celebrate one of our party's special birthday. Good massage and spa service in Labrada.

We had a fantastic time and are already planning to go back. The room was clean and spacious for a family of 4. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The entertainment team were great fun and we got involved in some of the activities including water polo and volleyball. The pool was lovely with lots of sunbeds. We always managed to get some beds even though we usually got to the pool in the afternoon. The food was delicious with something for everyone including vegetarian options. It’s near the shops and restaurants and a short taxi ride to the sand dunes. Other people staying said they’d been coming back for years and we can see why! Highly recommend.

We have had a lovely time at corralejo village. The rooms were clean, great food with lots of local options as well as international, the pooleas clean and great to play in. The staff were friendly and helpful - particularly Miguel, tarik and before. What I really wish to point out was the entertainment team who were absolutely brilliant. Virginia, Sofia, Francisco and Andrea were very professional and superb but our particular thanks go to Clara who made our 3 year old feel very happy and lose her shyness and Giacomo who took our sin under his wing, encouraged us all to participate in the games and shows and was a brilliant comedian and dancer. All in all we had a great experience and would love to return!

Great location, good food, friendly staff. The entertainment let the hotel down, loud awful Music played by the pool most of the day, was not the relaxing time we wanted. Evening entertainment was poor , we ended up going out every evening. Pool advertised as heated but was very cold.

This was an amazing hotel stay, centrally located, few mins walk to shops, 5 mins to beach everything so easily accessible. Almost all staff were friendly and welcoming, only one rude staff member who seemed to have one set of rules for uk and another set if you were Italian/spanish. We found him very rude to us throughout our stay, constantly picking faults although other guests were doing the same, or in the same area as us. It only seemed to be us he had a problem with. So apart from our experience with this one staff member Tarik, everything else was lovely about this hotel!

We arrived earlier evening and was greeted by the lovely reception staff checked in and was given lots of information. We stayed in room 202 there was me my husband and our daughter. The room was lovely and clean and very spacious. Kettle tea and coffee and a bottle of water. Plenty of space to hang our clothes. The pool area is lovely and clean like that fact that it’s non smoking around pool which was a bonus to us. The pool opens at 9am so no need to get up super early to get a sun lounger. Pool was cold when u get in at first but you soon get used to it. Entertainment in the day was good we joined in a few activities darts, cocktail game and French balls and we had fun. Food was really nice not the biggest of selection but there was always something for everyone. Food was always tasty and we really enjoyed all our meals and they were always warm. The ice cream parlour was a fabulous touch with a great selection of topping to put on your ice cream. We loved the chocolate fountain in the evening. The salads were super tasty. The all inclusive drinks were good too. We lost our iPad on the plane going out and the reception staff went above and beyond to help us has I’d brought it for my husbands 40th birthday present. I gave them as much details has possible and they managed to find it for us at the airport with the ground force team in arrivals. We’d like to say a massive thank you to every single one of the team who took part in helping us find it thank you so much. Spotless clean everywhere and We can’t wait to return.
